Peng Qinghua appointed Guangxi CPC chief

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) announced Wednesday that it has appointed Peng Qinghua as secretary of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region's CPC committee.

Peng's predecessor Guo Shengkun will be appointed to a different position, according to the announcement.
