Wang Rulin appointed Party chief of Jilin Province

Wang Rulin has been appointed secretary of the Jilin Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), replacing Sun Zhengcai, according to a decision announced by the CPC Central Committee here on Tuesday.
