A woman's appeal to end her marriage because her husband is addicted to talking dirty with online friends was refused by Fangshan district court Thursday, reported the Legal Mirror.
The woman, surnamed Yang, discovered her husband, surnamed Fu, was addicted to pornographic chat in 2008.
All her efforts to persuade Fu to quit failed, but the court said the couple still have love and need to strengthen their communication.
