Chinese, German universities sign cooperation agreement

China's Tibet University and Germany's Giessen University signed a cooperative agreement in Beijing Monday.

The agreement is within the cooperation framework between the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Social Democratic Party of Germany.

Li Jinjun, vice minister of the CPC Central Committee's International Department, and Thorsten Schaefer-Guembel, member of the Presidium of Social Democratic Party, attended the signing ceremony.
