Three people have been sentenced by Chaoyang district court for illegally selling and buying 755 citizens' personal information, the Legal Mirror reported Thursday.
Two employees from the property management company of Taiyang Gongyuan compound sold the information to a manager of a branch of Centaline Property for 1,500 yuan in April 2011.
The two employees were sentenced to eight months in prison and the manager will be detained for six months.
