A collapse in a construction site in northwest China buried an unidentified number of workers Wednesday, local authorities said. The rescue is underway.
The accident occurred at about 10 a.m. at a carpet factory building under construction in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. By noon, more than 10 workers had been rescued from the basement where they were trapped, the municipal government said.
No casualties have been reported.
