Chinese FM wants more cooperation with Albania

Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi held talks with Albanian Foreign Minister Edmond Panariti on Tuesday, promoting more cooperation between the two countries.

China wants bilateral personnel exchanges at all levels, as well as economic and trade cooperation and a strengthening of cultural ties.

Panariti said Albania is ready to work with China to improve mutually beneficial cooperation and welcomed more Chinese companies to invest in Albania.

The two ministers also exchanged views on Europe and other issues of concern, according to the Chinese Foreign Ministry.
