Chinese State Councilor leaves for security talks with Russia

State Councilor Dai Bingguo left Beijing for Russia on Sunday to hold the seventh round of strategic security talks between the two countries.

His trip was made at the invitation of the Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev.

Dai will also pay an official visit to Mongolia as a guest of the Mongolian government.
