About 30.5 percent of the delegates elected to attend the upcoming 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) are from grassroots level, up 2.1 percent from the previous congress.
The 2,270 delegates to attend the Party's 18th National Congress have been elected by 40 electoral units, according to a statement released by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee Tuesday.
