Traffic along Chang'an Avenue and roads near Tiananmen Square will be closed temporarily several times next week for the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, Beijing traffic bureau announced Friday.
The forum will host 100 ministers from 50 African countries from July 19 to 20. The East Second Ring Road, airport expressway, and Chang'an Avenue will be closed several times from Tuesday to Saturday, and Sanlihe Lu, west of Tiananmen Square, will be closed at times on Thursday and Friday.
