57 injured in Hong Kong bus collision

Two buses collided at Ma On Shan, the New Territories of Hong Kong on Monday morning, injuring 57 people.

The police told Xinhua that a report about the traffic accident was received on Monday at 8:24 a.m. A route No. 89D bus crashed into the rear of a route no. 85K bus at A Kung Kok Street, Ma On Shan. Both vehicles involved belong to the Kowloon Motor Bus company.

Of the 57 injured people, at least five were in serious condition, while the rest were lightly wounded. They have been sent to different hospitals for medical treatment.
