Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi and his Sudanese counterpart Ali Ahmed Karti met Monday in Beijing to exchange views on bilateral relations, as well as on international and regional issues of common concern.
China and Sudan have enjoyed a long-standing friendship and fruitful cooperation in all fields, said Yang.
He said China is willing to make concerted efforts with Sudan to advance bilateral friendly and cooperative relations.
Karti said Sudan values the friendship with China and is ready to work with China to push forward cooperation to a new high.
