Dozens of residents discovered their car tires had been slashed Wednesday morning near Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in Chaoyang district, the Beijing News reported.
The cars were parked on Yaojiayuan Lu up to Tuanjiehu Lu.
A car owner said it was the second time their cars had been targeted.
